Now, I have no idea how to put this, but I'm having a hard time critiquing the Art Portal. I have no idea why, I just can't rate or critisize anything effectively. My guess for the reason is that in my opinion, everything in the Art Portal is exactly that: art, and thus should not be downrated, no matter how much of a peice of crap you think it is. People should point out areas that need improvement, I agree with that, but I don't think Newgrounds's traditional raing system is effective in something as broad as art. After all, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Some may think something is absolute crap, but others may think it to be the absolute beauty.

I've been thinking 'bout submitting some art. If I am, I'll have to fix up some of my drawings, make 'em extra better. (Most of the stuff I draw is Characters anyway)

As some of you know, I want flash desperately. I have a graphics tablet (though no decent program to use it with) and a plan. All I require is the program and a computer to devote to it.

Now I have a way to get the money I need to get those 2 things. My parents have struck a deal with me. Every week, I have to mow the lawn. In return, they give me $20 for each mowing. As I'm both too young to get a job in my state as of yet, and have never gotten an allowance, this is a great option.

I start Friday.

P.S. Waterflame, that animation I mentioned in the review will be one of my first projects.
